Meet the Chef
Born into a family with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a love for food, Ross grew up knowing that his true home was in the restaurant industry. After getting his start answering phones at a local pizza shop, Ross scaled the ranks of the restaurant industry by working every job from busboy to manager.
In 2016, Ross’s passion for foodservice and entrepreneurial drive led him to open a restaurant of his own. Rooster’s kitchen was founded on the principle of bringing locally sourced food, skillfully prepared, at approachable prices.
In 2022 Ross sold the business to take his next steps in the culinary world. That is when RHB Resources was formed. RHB Resources is a chef centric consulting and management company dedicated to advancing the culinary scene through education and implementation.
Under RHB Resources’ event portfolio, Ross has worked with national brands like Frito Lays and Cheetos as well as local brands to execute tasting events large and small. As well as offer event logistics and permitting services for local non-profit organizations.
When not consulting restaurants or providing event services, Ross works with a local charter school teaching under privileged middle school students culinary arts skills while coaching them to compete at the World Food Championships.
